With an unwavering commitment to education and a vision for empowering educators, nurses, physical therapists, schools, hospitals, and PT clinics, Dr. Ernesto “Ernie” S. Pamolarco Jr. leads ESPA, the most recently founded Educational Services and Placement Agency in the United States of America. Dr. Pamolarco embarked on his educational journey with a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE) degree, majoring in English and minoring in Mathematics, at Naval Institute of Technology (NIT) (now Biliran Province State University) in Biliran, Philippines. Driven by an unwavering belief in the transformative power of education, he continued his studies, earning a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Educational Administration at the Philippine Normal University, Manila, Philippines, a Master of Science in Education with a major in Special Education, Early Childhood, and General Education (K-12) from Touro College, New York, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a specialization in English Language Education from Cagayan State University (St. Andrews Campus) Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. With a distinguished 33-year career spanning public and private educational institutions across elementary, high school, and college levels, Dr. Pamolarco has adeptly assumed diverse roles, embodying both a dedicated educator and visionary leader. He has garnered recognition as an Outstanding Educator and Community Leader from prestigious public and private organizations in the Philippines and in New York. Beyond the classroom, he has chaired the Youth Success Global Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to children with learning disabilities. Currently, he serves as the President of the United Federation of Fil-Am Educators in America (UNIFFIED), Queens Chapter, and concurrently works as an Independent SETSS Provider/Special Education Teacher in the New York City Department of Education.
