Dr. Annabel F. Pamolarco

Dr. Annabel Pamolarco is the driving force behind the Educational Services and Placement Agency (ESPA). With a lifelong dedication to empowering learners and forging impactful educational connections, she has dedicated her career to shaping the trajectory of education for more than 28 years. Dr. Pamolarco laid a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accountancy at Philippine Christian University in Manila, Philippines. Her academic achievements extend to a Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics from the Philippine Normal University, Manila, Philippines, and a Master of Arts in Early Childhood and Special Education (Birth-Grade 2) from Touro College, New York. Additionally, she holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, specializing in Educational Management, from Cagayan State University (Andrews Campus) in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. Presently, as a certified Special Education Teacher, Dr. Pamolarco serves as an Independent Special Education Teacher Support Services (SETSS) provider at the New York City Department of Education.
